Description: Created during a recent trip to Indian Creek (Bears Ears) where I made textured surfaces - using the translucent quality of Kitikata paper and gel medium - in my studio prior to going to the desert and then completed the overlying illustrations plein-air.

Medium: Pen, ink, watercolor, gel medium, Kitikata Paper over Reeves BFK paper.
